| The HIV/STD Partnership of the Hudson Valley was formed in October 2001 in response to the significant increase in syphilis infection in the region. The partnership consists of community based organizations and local health departments, who have come together to provide prevention and treatment information about sexually transmitted diseases and HIV infection information. |
